Inside their Causeway Bay Next Gen store, we transformed 14,876 recycled chopsticks into a bar-height standing countertop that welcomes customers for a quick bite.
This installation shows how small design choices can inspire daily sustainable habits. Customers can pause and recharge, while feeling connected to a larger movement toward mindful living, right in one of Hong Kong’s busiest neighborhoods.
